There will be lots of tournament basketball for the Sunflower State as all three Division 1 schools received bids to the NCAA Men's Basketball tournament on Sunday.

The Kansas Jayhawks earned a number one seed in the Midwest Region and the right to stay close to home. KU will play their opening round game against 16th-seeded Pennsylvania at Wichita's Intrust Bank Arena on Thursday. Other teams who will play in Wichita are Seton Hall, North Carolina State, San Diego State, Houston, Michigan and Montana.

Wichita State earned the number four seed in the East Region and a trip to San Diego. The Shockers will take on 13th-seeded Marshall on Friday. A win could set up a possible Sunday matchup with West Virginia, with top-seeded Villanova looming.

Kansas State earned the number nine seed in the South Region and is headed to Charlotte, North Carolina. The Wildcats will face 8th-seeded Creighton on Friday. A K-State win would set up a likely matchup with the tournament's overall number 1 seed, Virginia, on Sunday.
